The White Rum 1616 is the second product in our "Small Batch Handcrafted Spirits" series.

This handcrafted organic rum is a premium rum made from South American organic sugar cane molasses.

After this ingredient is transported to the distillery, we add the pure water and yeasts to the molasses and transform this mass into a high-proof alcohol through double distillation.

This wonderfully successful rum is ideal as a base for many exotic, but also classic mixed drinks. Its high alcohol content gives it an enormous intensity of aromas. Nevertheless, this distillate appears very soft and pleasant on the palate and fruity aromas of pineapple and ripe pears, pleasant notes of pepper and a caramel sweetness make this rum a unique experience.
