The pre-storage in Chardonnay casks gives the whiskey its delicate sweetness with beautiful vanilla and wood notes. Subsequently, this single malt whiskey is still transferred for a post-maturation period, the so-called finish, for two years in a port cask. As a result, the whiskey takes on the typical fruity flavors and the dried fruits of port emerge very nicely. This wonderfully rounded, nearly six year old whisky is limited to 512 bottles. Aroma: Very intense with aromas of pine needles, tobacco, candied pineapple, woody, mango, prunes, raisins, orange peel, fresh lime, licorice, cherries and some vanilla.

Taste: very dense and intense flavors, licorice, berry compote, subtle honey, grapes, rock candy, blackberries, marzipan and slightly leathery notes.

Finish: medium long and soft, fine wood notes, port wine, discreet malty sweetness with dark chocolate
