"Langatun Vintage Reserve – A Piece of Swiss Whisky History The Langatun Vintage Reserve represents single cask bottlings from the very first days – rare drops that have matured for over ten years in the cask and embody the beginnings of Swiss whisky tradition. This exceptional bottling originates from one of the very first casks ever filled at Langatun and is among the last remaining witnesses of this pioneering era. Distilled by Hans Baumberger on September 29, 2010, this single malt matured for 15 years in a fine Pinot Noir red wine cask. The result is the oldest Swiss whisky on the market, offering remarkable depth and harmony – with complex, sweet, and fruity notes that reflect its long maturation. Bottled on November 10, 2025, this single cask yielded only 266 bottles – each one an irreplaceable piece of Swiss whisky history.

Colour: mahagony

Nose: Sweet with aromas of forest honey, raisins, liquorice, vanilla pod, caramel, plum compote and rock sugar.

Palate: Very intense and balanced with aromas of honey, liquorice, grapes, ripe plums with a hint of wood and citrus acidity in the background.

Finish: Long-lasting, intense and slightly sweet with subtle wood and grain notes.
