The newly opened "Bären Bistro" in Bern's disused Bärengraben, which is run by Jacob Hosteller and Michael Hugi (Drink Tom's and co-operator of the Kreissaal Bar in Bern), is characterised by the offer of local products. Of course, a product from the Langatun Distillery cannot be missing. We have created something special and typical for Bern especially for this pop-up bar. The Bäredräck liqueur, which now feels wonderfully at home in the Bärengraben.

Aroma: Sweet spicy notes.

Taste: Creamy, nice balance, slightly salty, typical Bäredräck notes (liquorice notes).

Aftertaste: Fine, beautiful gingerbread aromas, liquorice, pleasant lingering fullness in the mouth.
