The New Spirit is also often called New Make or Baby Whisky.
This New Spirit is the still colourless distillate that is available after whisky distilling.

Our New Spirit Young Deer has 64% alcohol by volume. It is crystal clear and already has nice clean aromas of malt sugar and balanced fruit notes.

On the palate, you’ll notice the typical sweetness of barley, which comes through very clean and well structured.
Afterwards, a warming, tingling malty sweetness remains.
