The newly opened “Bären Bistro” in the quite Berner Bärengraben, which is run by Jacob Hosteller and Michael Hugi (Drink Tom’s and co-owners of the Kreissaal Bar in Bern), offers the wide variety of local products. Of course a product of the Langatun Distillery should not be missing. Especially for this Pop-Up Bar we have created something special and typical for Bern, a Bäredräck liqueur basen on rum with liquorice.
Nose: Sweet spice notes.
Palate: Creamy, nice balance, slightly salty, typical liquorice notes.
Finish: Fine, beautiful gingerbread aromas, liquorice, pleasant, lasting fullness in the mouth.
